CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled service. Things happen and you might need to cancel or reschedule. In the event that this happens, there is a firm 24 hour policy. No charges will be made before the 24 hour mark. Cancelling within 24 hours will be charged 50% nonrefundable amount of the service to the card on file. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result 50% charge as well. However, you will get 10% off your rescheduled appointment.

NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY:

If you do not call/ text to cancel/ reschedule and do not show up to your appointment  you will be charged 100% nonrefundable amount of service originally scheduled to the card on file.

LATE POLICY:

If you are running late please notify the salon. Note that if you are more than 15 mins late i might not be able to provide a full service.

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT :

All reservations require a card on file. Card will not be charged unless you late cancel/ reschedule or no show and appointment.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, CHILDREN OR ANIMALS :

For safety and relaxation purposes, no children or additional guests allowed unless they are receiving a service. No pets allowed.

REFUND POLICY :

I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However i will accept exchanges on unopened products up to 7 days from purchase date. Hair extension sales are final.

HAIR SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY :

If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair and will like to make adjusts please notify the salon no more than 7 days after your original appointment. Your ultimate satisfaction is my goal.

CONFIRMATION AND COMMUNICATION :

I am a text based salon and all confirmations/ communications are done via text. Unless otherwise needed.
